Home again, and it does feel good.

Yup, this Chaos Ranch is a pretty nice place to be.

So on Wednesday, I tried to decide whether to go to Kung Fu or not, seeing as how the concert (OK Go) was starting at roughly the same time, and I really did want to do both, and not just the one, but I was really tired, and I'd been flying all day, and all of that jazz. I didn't go. Then Kurt and I went downtown, only to find that the concert was completely sold out. Poop, as some of our illustrious collegues would say. Then I decided to get sick (once home) and throw up the extremely little that I'd had to eat that night. I tossed and turned in a feverish haze all night, and woke up a little better the next day. I didn't really eat much, which was half due to being afraid of throwing it up, and half because I played video games for hours and hours, and thus was distracted. Then Kurt and I went and played Settlers (the Cities and Knights expansion) with Harry and Nathalie, which was fun stuff, in spite of all of my complaining.

So yeah, I'm going to take the next couple of days pretty easy, and probably head on back to school for some work starting on Monday. But no pressure, really. I'll have enough of that once things turn from simmer to boil in a few weeks. I will go to the kung fu tonight, see Sifu, and practice some something, which will be good. It won't be sparring, though, that's for sure. I would really rather not get hit in the nipples right now.

Combine that with some laundry maybe, some Body work of some kind, and probably more video games, and I'll be a darn happy camper.

Speaking of bodywork, I'll be offering some massage/somatics work on friends this next year, free of charge. So if there is some body issue/question/something that you want addressed, and you already know what I'm talking about, feel free to contact me. There will be some more information a little bit later that'll explain.

Welcome home! Is the massage/somatics work something you picked up at Utah?

Thanks. It is indeed something I picked up in Utah. I'll 'splain more in a separate post, but it is some pretty nifty stuff, to be sure.
